Our Story:   Several members of ANCORA first met while working or volunteering at the Museum of Making Music in Carlsbad, California, part of NAMM. Surrounded by musical history every day, we bonded over the classic songs we grew up with and, in 2021, formed ANCORA to share that music with others.      
     
The Music:  We perform well-known hits from the 1950s through to today, with special emphasis on the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. Our repertoire includes music by The Beatles, The Eagles, Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly,  America, Tom Petty, Creedence Clearwater, Simon & Garfunkel, The Everly Brothers, and more.        

We offer:  Up-tempo classic rock for dances and celebrations •  Soft acoustic folk rock for lunches, dinners, and relaxed listening events.       

Who We Perform For:  ANCORA specializes in performances for older adult audiences and has been hired for many repeat engagements since 2021. Our performances include: •  Senior Centers •  Assisted & Independent Living Communities •  Private parties and special events We are known for being professional, reliable, and easy to work with, with appropriate volume levels and flexible programming.
